Amygdalite-pharyngite à Streptocoque du groupe A récurrente

Traitement

• Cefalexine PO 50mg/kg/j en 2 fois par jour (max 2 g/j) pendant 10 jours

OU

• Augmentin PO : 50 mg/kg/j en 2 fois par jour (max 2 g/j) pendant 10 jours

OU

• Azithromycine PO 20 mg/kg/j en 1 fois par jour (max 500 mg/j) pendant 3 jours

OU

• Amoxicilline PO 50 mg/kg/j en fois par jour (max 2g/j) pendant 10 jours + Rifampicine PO 20 mg/kg/j en 2 fois par jour durant les 4 derniers jours de traitement par amoxicilline
