• Azithromycine PO 500 mg j1 puis 250 mg/j

Alternative

• Clarithromycine PO 500 mg x 2/j

OU

• Spiramycine PO 3M UI x 3/j

OU

• Roxithromycine PO 150 mg x 2/j

OU

• Si contre-indication aux macrolides : lévofloxacine 500 mg x1/j

Durée

• 5 jours pour l’azithromycine
• 14 jours pour les autres macrolides
